TitleDock, on your Mac.

This is where TitleDock meets your meetings. Record the conversation, turn it into text on your own machine, and grab context from anything on screen, with the whole workspace one shortcut away.

Meetings

Your day is in the menu bar.

See what is coming up, join it, and start recording without opening anything. The app captures the room and your microphone together, and a notification offers to start when a meeting does, so you are not the person who remembered halfway through.

  • CapturesSystem audio and your microphone, in one recording.
  • JoinsZoom and Google Meet, straight from the menu bar.
  • RemindsA notification offers to record as the meeting starts.

Transcription

Speech becomes text without leaving the machine.

A local speech model turns the audio into words on your own Mac, not on someone else's servers. It downloads once. After that, speaker labels are worked out locally too.

  • LanguagesMultilingual out of the box.
  • SpeakersSeparated after the recording finishes.

Around 25 to start, then we widen it.

The audio is transcribed where it was recorded. The model downloads once, then works offline.

When the call ends, the transcript is split by speaker, and voices from earlier meetings are recognized.

Live prompter

Help that arrives before the call ends.

A floating prompter near the notch follows the conversation and offers what you need next: the term somebody just used, a check against your own records, a question worth asking. One setting keeps it out of screen shares and recordings.

  • HidesOne setting keeps it off shared screens and recordings.

SCIM

Worth checking
Your notes from March say 40 seats, not 25
You could ask
Which team goes first, and what would hold that up?
Screen capture

Anything on screen can become context.

Hit a global shortcut, drag a box around a badge, a slide, or an email signature, and TitleDock pulls the text out and files it against the right person. You check the draft before anything is saved.

  • TriggerA global shortcut, from any app.
  • ReadsText in the region you select.
  • Files itAgainst the contact or meeting it belongs to.

You drew a box around a slide. TitleDock read it and worked out who it is about.
