Shared contacts and collaboration are available on Pro right now. The shared inbox, delegated work, and role-based permissions described below are in development and not yet available.

One record, shared, with everyone editing the same thing.

Share contacts with the people you work with and choose what each of them can do with them. Nobody keeps a private copy that quietly drifts, and change history shows who did what.

  • ShareIndividual contacts, with the people you pick.
  • ControlRead only, or read and edit.
  • HistoryEvery change carries the person who made it.

  • TodayPer contact, per person, read or edit.
  • PlannedRoles, scoped access, and delegated sending.
