Questions people ask

Is the free plan a trial?: No. Contacts, smart groups, notes and tasks stay free with no time limit and no card. Pro is what you move to when you start sending at volume, recording meetings, or sharing contacts with other people.
Will TitleDock sell my data?: Never. Your contacts, your messages, your location, and anything else you give TitleDock belong to you.
What happens to my data at rest?: Everything is encrypted in storage and in transit. We run regular security audits and penetration tests against our own systems, and we intend to publish a SOC 2 report.
Where does enrichment data come from?: We buy it from third-party data vendors. We never feed one customer's data into anybody else's enrichment, and your contacts are never part of that pool.
Is there a mobile app?: The iOS and Android apps are in active development and not publicly available yet. We are still working through sync, offline behaviour, meetings, outreach and notifications. See where mobile has got to. The Mac app is available today, and Windows is coming.
What does it connect to?: Google, iCloud, Slack, Zoom, and WhatsApp today. It also speaks MCP, so an AI client that supports it can read your contacts and work with your notes and tasks under your own permissions. Write to support@titledock.com if you need something specific.
