iOS and Android, August 2026.

TitleDock Mobile is being built around the work that happens away from a desk: getting ready for a meeting, finding somebody fast, catching what was said, and following up before you forget. Here is what it will do the day it lands.

Coming August 2026

The iOS and Android apps are in active development and not yet publicly available; we are aiming to ship both in August 2026. Still in front of us: sync, offline behaviour, notifications, and the platform details that are the difference between a port and an app that feels native. If that work runs long we will move the date here rather than quietly miss it.

Your day

What is happening, and who it is with.

One time-aware home screen: the meetings ahead, the people you are seeing, what is due, the notes you touched, and anything that just came in. It is the screen you check between things, so it answers the between-things questions.

  • ShowsMeetings, people, reminders, and recent notes.
  • Ordered byTime, so what is next is at the top.
  • WidgetsPin the parts of it you keep checking.

Meetings

Record the room, write it up on the phone.

Microphone capture keeps going with the screen locked, and transcription runs on the device rather than in somebody's cloud. Afterwards the speakers get separated and the whole thing files itself against the meeting and the people in it.

  • TranscribesOn the phone itself.
  • SpeakersSeparated on the device after the fact.

Notes and tasks

Write on a bad connection and it still works.

Notes edit locally and reconcile when the signal comes back, so a tunnel does not cost you the thing you just typed. Follow-ups keep the meeting and the person that produced them.

  • EditsLocally first, synced after.
  • LinkedTo the meeting and the people it involved.
  • TasksKeep the context that created them.

Outreach

Follow up from the same place you looked them up.

Write to a contact or a group, check what has come back from your published page, and see where a sequence has got to, without opening a laptop to do it.

  • ComposeTo a contact, or a whole group.
  • LeadsWhat arrived from your published page.
  • SequencesWhere each one has got to.
